Flour is a growing, community‑focused bakery known for great food, great coffee, and a genuinely warm atmosphere. We're looking for a full‑time Front of House Manager who can lead with confidence, care deeply about people, and help shape the guest experience across our stores.
What the role looks like
- Lead and mentor the FOH team to deliver consistently excellent service
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, floor flow, and customer experience
- Manage rosters, training, performance development and SOPs
- Set and report on KPIs
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Work closely with the Head of Coffee and Kitchen Managers to ensure smooth service
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new FOH staff
- Uphold Flour's culture of warmth,
professionalism, and hospitality
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach to busy service periods
