Front of House Manager — Ket Baker (Wallington HQ)

We’re looking for a capable, confident and hands-on FOH Manager to take charge of the day-to-day at our flagship bakery in Wallington.

This is more than just a hospitality role — it’s an opportunity to help lead one of the region’s most loved bakeries, known for its 100% sourdough, fiercely loyal customer base, and values-led approach to food and business.

About You:

You’re not just experienced — you’re reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure. You know how to lead a small team and take real ownership. You’ve worked in fast-paced, quality-focused environments and understand the power of excellent service and systems. You’re organised, warm with people, and have high standards — always.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading the front-of-house team with clarity, care and confidence
- Managing daily shop operations — opening, stock, flow, and presentation
- Ordering and managing stock; liaising with local suppliers
- Training and rostering staff, maintaining team culture
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Creating a welcoming,

Requirements:

- Prior FOH leadership or management experience
- Food safety knowledge and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work weekends and peak periods
- Reliable transport to Wallington
- Barista experience
