ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for handling front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work./n

YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION -/n
/n /n
- Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
/n
- Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
/n
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
/n
- Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
/n WE ARE LOOKING FOR -/n

- A Dealership experienced Service Advisor and/or Service Receptionist
/n
- Energy, commitment and team work
/n
- Full Australian Drivers Licence /n
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
/n
- A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer

- Positive energy
