About the role

Prime Care Dental, a leading dental practice in Wodonga, Victoria, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dentists and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.

What you'll be doing

· Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean and organised work area

· Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment

· Greeting and welcoming patients, helping them feel at ease, and guiding them through the dental visit process

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

· Ordering and stocking dental supplies as needed

· Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with patients

What we're looking for

· Previous experience as a Dental Assistant but not mandatory

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in using dental equipment and software





· A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with dentists and other practice staff

· A genuine passion for providing high-quality dental care and improving patient outcomes
