We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland and play a key role in delivering quality financial operations that support the important work we do every day.

About the Role As our Finance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating key finance functions across payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, debt management, and stakeholder support.
This is a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with staff, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure our financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing and superannuation payments
- Coordinating accounts payable and receivable functions
- Overseeing monthly invoicing and debtor management processes
- Supporting clients with account enquiries, payment plans, and financial hardship arrangements
- Monitoring bank accounts and direct debit processes
- Maintaining accurate financial and client records
- Assisting with Support at Home and NDIS claiming processes
- Providing guidance and training to finance team members
- Coordinating workloads and finance cycle deadlines
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and debt collection
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Experience in aged care, disability, community services, or not-for-profit sectors (highly regarded)
- A team-oriented attitude and passion for continuous improvement

Pay: $46.70 per hour
