The Full-time role:

Snooze Homebush is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant. Whilst experience in the bedding industry may help, we encourage that this is not necessary and any experience with the right attitude will transition with the aid of training. We strongly welcome a confident communicator and someone who takes care in nurturing customer relationships.

Our primary focus is being truly dedicated on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We value a positive attitude which will be nourished with exceptional training, mentoring and feedback. The role involves working retail hours, which includes rotating weekends, and public holidays as required.

What you’ll do

· Be part of a time-tested culture for delivering outstanding service

· Welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them toward suitable bedroom solutions

· Build rapport through thoughtful questions, attentive listening and personalised recommendations

· Work towards sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer care

· Build lasting customer relationships through helpful service and follow up

· Build rapport and foster long-term relationships

· Participate in daily store operations, operating computers, walking the sales floor, merchandising bedrooms and helping move stock.

What you’ll bring
