Anadolu Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on a full time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for duties and responsibilities that include the following:

- Planning, directing and coordinating the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company's quality and food safety systems.

- Establishing, reviewing and maintaining quality objectives, policies, procedures and performance measures in accordance with applicable food safety, meat processing, regulatory and company requirements.

- Overseeing quality assurance requirements across production, packaging, storage and sanitation activities.

- Managing quality assurance controls for raw materials, in-process production and finished products.

- Managing product specifications, ingredient and allergen controls, packaging and labelling requirements, including barcode, batch identification and date coding controls.

- Coordinating product sampling and external laboratory services and reviewing microbiological and other testing results.

- Investigating quality issues, non-conformances, customer complaints, testing results and audit findings, and overseeing corrective and preventive actions.

- Conducting internal audits and coordinating preparation for customer, certification and regulatory audits, including HACCP and Halal certification processes.

- Managing product traceability, mock recall, withdrawal and recall systems.

- Reviewing cleaning, hygiene, pre-operational inspection and environmental monitoring outcomes.





- Reporting quality system performance, food safety risks, non-conformances and recommended improvements to direct report.

- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, quality assurance and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Working with production and operational teams to identify quality and food safety risks and implement appropriate improvements.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance or a related discipline.

- At least one year of relevant full-time equivalent employment experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, food safety or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety systems, sanitation, microbiological controls and risk management.

- Understanding of applicable food safety, meat processing, labelling and regulatory requirements.

- Experience implementing and maintaining HACCP systems or customer-specific food safety and quality standards.

- Experience conducting internal audits and coordinating external or customer audits.

- Ability to identify, assess, prioritise and control food safety and operational risks.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety.

- Ability to work effectively with production, packaging, storage and other operational teams.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per annum plus superannuation
