Their investor base spans high net worth individuals, family offices and quasi-institutional funders across Australia, Asia, Europe and the US, and the close-knit team operates across Sydney, Melbourne and offshore. As the funds platform continues to grow, they're investing in the people who manage it.

The role

We're looking for a Fund Manager to take ownership of portfolio and fund outcomes across a book of real estate private credit strategies. This is a genuine funds management seat for someone who has built their career on the investment side, portfolio construction, capital allocation and active management of a credit book, rather than a treasury or operations background.

You'll sit close to the senior leadership team, with a direct line of sight to fund performance, and play a key role in shaping the platform as it scales.

What you'll own

- Portfolio construction and capital allocation across the funds and investment vehicles.
- Ongoing management of the credit portfolio, including performance, exposures, concentration limits and risk through the life of each investment.




- Fund oversight and the ongoing management of the investment platform and funds strategy.
- Supporting the launch and implementation of new funds, products and mandates.
- Partnering with Distribution to support larger investors, platforms and institutional relationships.
- Managing relationships with trustees, administrators, custodians and other service providers.
- Providing insight and recommendations to Executive Management, the Investment Committee and Board.
- Leading and developing the funds management team, including Senior Associates and Associates.

What you'll bring

- Private credit experience is essential. Real estate credit exposure is strongly preferred.
- A career grounded in funds management and portfolio management, not treasury, funding or pure origination.
- 7+ years across investment management, private credit or financial services.
- Robust command of portfolio construction, risk oversight and fund operations.
- Experience working with managed funds, investment vehicles and institutional or wholesale investors.
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
- Knowledge of real estate lending, including construction, highly regarded.
- Team leadership experience desirable.
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-growing business.
