Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional service across a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium, welcoming and memorable experience. We are now seeking customer-focused and energetic Gaming Attendants to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer experiences within one of Sydney's largest gaming operations.

Working as part of a large and supportive team, you'll engage with members and guests across our gaming floor and VIP areas, ensuring exceptional service standards, compliance and professionalism are maintained at all times.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests across the gaming floor.

- Build positive relationships with our valued members.

- Maintain a safe, welcoming, clean and comfortable gaming workplace.

- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.

- Monitor the gaming floor and proactively respond to guest needs.

- Resolve guest enquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

- Assist with cash handling and gaming-related transactions as required.

- Take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt service delivery.

- Support gaming promotions, loyalty initiatives, events and member activations.

- Maintain a solid understanding of Club promotions, events and services.

- Work collaboratively with Food & Beverage, Customer Service,



Security and Operations teams.

- Uphold workplace health and safety, security and compliance standards.

About You

You are a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current RSA and RCG Competency Card, or willingness to obtain.

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, gaming or a similar guest-facing role.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- A professional and polished presentation.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, high-volume environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a large team environment.

- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
