Competitive pay | Contractor / ABN | Monday–Friday | Approx. 7.5 hours per day The Hedge Whisperer is a growing garden maintenance business servicing residential properties across Perth. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Gardening Team Leader to join our team and take responsibility for leading a small team across our residential gardening jobs.

This role is ideal for an experienced gardener who is ready to take on additional responsibility, lead a team and help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a small gardening team across residential properties
- Carrying out general garden maintenance alongside the team
- Pruning, weeding, hedging and lawn care
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Helping coordinate the team's daily workload
- Communicating with customers when required
- Identifying and addressing any issues that arise on-site
- Working independently while taking responsibility for the overall quality of each job

About You We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years' professional gardening experience
- Has strong knowledge of general garden maintenance
- Is confident leading a small team




- Is reliable, organised and punctual
- Can work independently and take responsibility for completing jobs
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Has a high level of attention to detail
- Takes pride in their work and maintains a high standard
- Has reliable transport
- Has an ABN
