Luca & Luca is a Bondi-born gelato shop under The Harry's Family group (Harry's, Raw Bar, LULU). We make everything in-house, from scratch, and we take it seriously. We're looking for a gelato maker who brings the same care to the craft.
The role
You'll be working in production — churning, flavour development, portioning and maintaining quality standards across our range. This is a hands-on kitchen position where consistency, creativity and clean technique matter.
What you'll be doing
Producing gelato and sorbetto to recipe daily, contributing to seasonal flavour development, managing ingredients and stock, keeping the production area clean and compliant,
and working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure product quality stays consistent.
What we're looking for
Someone with a genuine passion for food and quality. Prior gelato or pastry experience is a must, if you have a robust kitchen background and a real interest in the craft, we want to hear from you. You're reliable, detail-oriented, and you care about what you put out.
