Viatek Technology in Victoria is seeking a field service technician to service, repair and maintain printers, photocopiers and production devices across our customer base. The role blends in office visits with remote support from our Help Desk, diagnosing issues and delivering timely solutions.
If you're mechanically minded with strong customer service, you’ll travel to customer locations across the region, work independently, and participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certifications.
