Franklin Family Support Services in Waterford West, Australia is seeking a Family Support Worker to provide practical, person-centred support to children and families. In this permanent, full time role you will meet with families to understand needs, strengths and goals and assist in planning tailored support and education.

You will liaise with social workers, support coordinators, schools and other services, monitor progress and maintain accurate records, and identify when additional assistance
