We are seeking experienced Workshop Boilermakers to join our dynamic team in the Building & Construction industry. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient fabrication and assembly of metal structures, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in metal fabrication and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the fabrication process.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop setting.
- Utilise various tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Trade qualification in metal fabrication or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fabrication role.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
