Job Description

Salt N Spice Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its Shoal Bay venue in Port Stephens, NSW. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, staff front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, and delivery of high-quality guest experiences.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Diploma, have 2–3 years in hospitality, RSA certification, and be ready to relocate if needed. Salary ranges AUD 75,000–85,000 plus superannuation, with opportunities for growth within the group.
