Our Children's Therapy and Family Supports Program provides therapeutic intervention and capacity building supports to children aged 0-10 years and their families. We service families through the NDIS, Department of Education's Continuity of Support program and also provide capacity building supports to educators through the School Readiness Funding (SRF) program. Committed to best practice within the early childhood intervention space, our services are delivered based on the Key Worker model by using Transdisciplinary Practice (TDP) and Team Around the Child (TAC) approaches. bestchance Children's Therapy Services (CTS) is seeking dedicated Paediatric Speech Pathologists to join our growing multidisciplinary allied health team supporting children and families across Victoria.

About the Role

As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will provide:

- Early intervention speech and language therapy
- Communication and developmental support for children
- Family-centred coaching and parent support
- School Readiness Funding (SRF) programs
- Clinic, school, kindergarten, home, and community-based services

You will work closely with children, families, educators, and other allied health professionals to support communication, participation, confidence, and developmental outcomes.

About You

- Relevant Qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a qualified Speech Pathologist delivering therapy supports across a range of settings (Highly Desirable)
- Experience or interested in paediatric therapy
- Passionate about early intervention and family-centred practice
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with families and educators
- Comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Minimum 3 days of commitment required.
- You must hold a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience working in the NDIS sector (Desirable but not necessary)
- Current GECCKO Certificate (or willing to obtain) - National child safety training in GECCKO is mandatory for people working or volunteering in an early childhood education and care (ECEC) service.
- Current Working with children check




- NDIS workers screening check (or willing to obtain)
