The Department of Education & Training, Victoria's VRQA-regulated environment seeks an Investigations Officer to join the Complaints and Student Services Unit. You will lead investigations into complaints about registered providers, and manage enquiries while coordinating with regulators and stakeholders to reduce risk and ensure student safety.

You will apply regulatory knowledge, exercise robust written and verbal skills, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve education
