Content Creator / Graphic Designer / Marketing All-Rounder

Mayo International is a family-owned Australian business behind professional hair brands Genetix and Revitafoam.

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who can design, create, write and turn ideas into finished work. This is a varied, hands-on role across two brands. You could be developing a product campaign, editing a Reel, capturing everyday content or preparing packaging for print.

You’ll help us create marketing that looks good, sounds like us and gives people a reason to stop and engage. We’ll agree on priorities together so you can focus on the work that matters most within your 18 hours each week.

What you’ll be doing

- Creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email and web
- Developing content, campaign and promotional ideas
- Capturing and editing natural photo and short form video content
- Designing digital and print marketing materials
- Creating email campaigns and product launch materials
- Designing packaging and labels and preparing accurate artwork for print
- Writing social, product, campaign and email copy
- Planning and managing social content while keeping across relevant trends
- Updating our WordPress and WooCommerce websites
- Coordinating campaign shoots and working with photographers, videographers, models, printers and other suppliers
- Managing creative projects from brief through to delivery




- Keeping both brands consistent in how they look and sound

What you’ll bring

- A strong portfolio showing skilled design work across digital and print
- Experience creating and managing social content for a brand or business
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
- Experience with Wordpress / WooCommerce and Mailchimp
- Confidence capturing and editing short form video
- Strong writing skills and an eye for engaging content
- Experience preparing accurate artwork for print
- The ability to manage briefs, suppliers and deadlines
- Good organisation, attention to detail and a willingness to get things done

We’d ideally like someone with at least five years of professional design experience and two years of brand social media experience. If your portfolio shows you can do the work, we’d still like to hear from you.

The details

This is a permanent part-time role of 18 hours per week based in our Wantirna South office. Days and hours will be agreed with the successful applicant, with occasional changes by mutual agreement.

Pay is from $40 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience and portfolio.
