We are seeking a motivated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our General Practice medical centre. We are seeking someone who displays a professional and welcoming manner and is capable of working in a fast paced General Practice medical centre.

Responsibilities Include:

· Knowledge of Best Practice Medical Software is mandatory.

· Fluent in English with a qualified phone manner

· Scheduling and confirming consultation for patients

· Patient Private Billings

· Basic triaging of emergencies

· Managing and maintaining patient records

· General Administrative duties including filing, billing, recalls etc.

· Maintenance and up-keeping of the practice

Essential Criteria:

· Minimum 6 months of prior experience as a medical receptionist will be highly essential

· Experience with Best Practice medical software required

· Highly organised and able to multitask and work under pressure

· Must have high level computer skills

· A professional, caring,



and friendly demeanour

· Reliable, punctual & honest with the ability to work individually and within a team.

· Desirable Criteria:

· Knowledge of medical billing and rebates will be highly regarded
