We're looking for a strategic, partnership-focused Global Influencer Manager to lead Bondi Sands' global approach to creators and ambassadors, building brand awareness, cultural relevance and advocacy worldwide.

What is the role?

Reporting to the Global Head of Social Media, the Global Influencer Manager will lead Bondi Sands' global influencer and ambassador strategy, partnerships and activations. Working across regional and cross functional teams, you'll establish a consistent global approach, strengthen creator and talent relationships and amplify programs through earned media and public relations opportunities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Develop and lead the global influencer and ambassador strategy, establishing frameworks, best practices and reporting standards that support consistent, effective regional execution.
- Lead Global Ambassador and strategic talent partnerships across identification, negotiation, contracting, activation, measurement and renewal.
- Build strong relationships with creators, celebrities, talent representatives, media contacts and agencies to maximise reach, engagement, advocacy and content value.
- Deliver public relations and earned media activity that supports product launches, campaigns and influencer programs, while identifying strategic partnerships and emerging cultural opportunities.
- Own performance measurement and budget management,



translating results into recommendations that improve effectiveness, investment decisions and return on investment.
- Build collaborative ways of working across global, regional and cross functional teams to support aligned and effective delivery.

So, who are you?

You have at least 5 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media or a related discipline, ideally within a global beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand. Strategic and hands on, you have delivered large scale campaigns across multiple markets, managed high profile talent partnerships and supported public relations or earned media activity.

You'll also bring

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience developing global influencer and ambassador strategies, frameworks and campaigns across multiple regions.
- Strong talent and agency management experience, including contracts, usage rights, deliverables, approvals, relationship management and partnership negotiations.
- A strong understanding of social platforms, pop culture and emerging creator trends, with experience supporting press materials, media opportunities or earned media activity.
- Solid commercial and analytical capability, including budget management, performance reporting and translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication, influencing,



project management and organisational skills, with a collaborative approach and confidence managing priorities across global time zones.
