We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join AWS Services in a part-time capacity. Based in Mitcham, VIC 3132, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive organic growth and search visibility for our digital presence. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive search engine optimisation strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our online visibility in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

What you'll be doing

- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improving search rankings and organic traffic
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation initiatives
- Optimise website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures to improve search engine visibility
- Run and maintain our google ads campaigns and ensure that we are bringing in solid leads on a weekly basis
- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
- Create and present detailed SEO reports and recommendations to our team
- Ensure all materials are optimised for search engines and user experience
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability
- Build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and relationship management
- Assist in the development and implementation of link-building campaigns and content marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, with demonstrable results in improving organic search rankings and traffic
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices
- High Proficiency with running and managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Experience in keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts
- Understanding of HTML and basic web development concepts
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects whilst meeting deadlines
- Desirable: Experience with paid search marketing (PPC), social media marketing, or other digital marketing disciplines
- Desirable: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their SEO requirements

AWS Services is a construction company based in Mitcham. We have been in construction for over 20 years and we have extensive experience in civil, commercial, strata and remedial construction works.
