Aambianz Pty Ltd is a leading provider of sun‑control, ventilation and balustrade solutions for the construction industry. Our product range includes Ventilation Louvres, Architectural Louvres, Acoustic Louvres, Solar Shading Systems and Perforated Screens.

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer for site works to support our engineering, production and installation teams. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with the ability to interpret drawings, support production teams and provide technical guidance will be highly regarded.

Role overview

Graduate engineer for site works supports on-site construction operations, monitors quality and safety, and helps coordinate daily activities under the guidance of senior project engineers

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day construction activities and sub-contractor progress to ensure work matches project blueprints.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct routine quality checks, material inspections, and compliance tests.
- Technical Support: Interpret engineering drawings, check site levels,



and help resolve minor technical issues on the ground.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, report workplace hazards, and ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site diaries, record material deliveries, and track work progress metrics.
- Coordination: Liaise with trade crews, suppliers, and senior project managers to keep jobs running smoothly.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
- Certifications: General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a valid driver's license (frequently required for Australian-based site roles).
- Skills: Robust communication, basic problem-solving abilities, and an eagerness to learn practical construction methods on the job.
- Mindset: A proactive, safety-first attitude with physical readiness for outdoor construction environments.

Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
