About The Role Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking Grounds and Gardens Labourers to join our client, for ongoing work in the Down South area.
Key Responsibilities
Garden and grounds maintenance
Lawn mowing
Whipper snipping
Pruning and general gardening
Using leaf blowers
Cleaning roads, pathways and surrounding areas
Raking and general site clean-up
Using gardening and grounds maintenance equipment safely
About You Independent position
Previous Experience Working Independently Is Essential Grounds maintenance or gardening experience preferred
Able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
Team-based Position Previous grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not essential
Comfortable working as part of a team
Reliable, physically fit and willing to learn
Good work ethic and safety awareness
Essential Requirements Current Driver Licence
Ability to work early morning starts
Ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
PPE Requirements
Yellow hi-vis shirt/vest
Long pants
Steel-cap boots
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful Applicants Will Be Required To Complete Drug & Alcohol screening
Medical assessment
Police clearance
Site induction
