Care GP is building the operating system for Australian GP clinics: a suite of AI agents that eliminates admin and turns overburdened practices into high-performing ones. Samantha automates medical document handling, Bill manages billing, Veronica handles phones and bookings, and Tracy is our newest agent.

We're ISO 27001 certified, fully compliant, and used by more than 400 clinic operators across Australia, from independent practices to large clinic groups. We're also part of Y Combinator's Summer 2026 cohort.

We're a small, fast-moving team. Everyone here has real ownership over what they build and ship.

? The RoleWe're looking for a Growth Marketer to own and grow Care GP's presence across organic and paid channels. You'll be building out our digital presence, optimising SEO and using competitor data to maximise inbound leads. You will also be running paid campaigns, and helping more Australian GP clinics discover what CareGP can do for them.

This is a generalist growth role: you'll move between channels rather than living in just one, and you'll have real input into what we prioritise next.

✅ What You'll Do

- Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta and Google to drive qualified leads from clinics and clinic groups
- Grow our organic presence - social content, SEO, and our newsletter - building a consistent content engine rather than one-off posts
- Work closely with the founder and wider team to translate product updates (like current AI features) into marketing moments




- Run A/B tests across campaigns and channels, and track performance to double down on what's working
- Help shape brand and messaging as we grow into new accounts and clinic segments
- Test new channels and formats as we learn what resonates with GP clinics and healthcare decision-makers

? What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year solid experience running growth marketing end-to-end - comfortable optimising paid social/search, organic content, and SEO tooling familiarity for optimisation.
- A bias to action: you'd rather ship a campaign and learn from it than over-plan
- Strong writing - you can produce clear, engaging copy without much hand-holding
- A data-centric approach to everything you do - you default to testing, measuring, and letting numbers guide decisions rather than gut feel
- Experience running A/B tests on campaigns and using the results to iterate
- Genuine interest in healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS is a plus
- Thrives in a small team where you'll wear more than one hat
