The Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Growth Engineer to join our high-performing Growth team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across growth strategy, automation, experimentation, data, and technology while working closely with teams across the business. You’ll play an active role in helping grow the swipejobs platform, acquire and engage users, and build scalable growth initiatives across our global business.

What You’ll Do:

- Build and execute growth initiatives across digital channels, product, acquisition, engagement, and user activation
- Develop and optimise tools, automations, experiments, and technical solutions that improve growth and user engagement
- Analyse user, campaign, and product data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas, measure performance, and turn insights into actionable growth strategies
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify opportunities and deliver cross-functional growth projects

What We’re Looking For:

- A recent graduate or final-year student studying Computer Science,



Software Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of software development, data, automation, digital platforms, and emerging growth technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and insights into practical solutions
- Commercially minded and curious, with an interest in experimentation, user behaviour, technology, and growth
- Creative, proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced technology environment
