Job Description

The Senior Adviser role sits within the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (State of Victoria). The position focuses on improving workplace culture, leadership capability and gender equality across Victoria, including delivering culture-building workshops and coordinating gender equality initiatives.

You will analyse staff surveys (People Matter) and brief senior leaders, while partnering with stakeholders to embed VPS values and enhance employee engagement, safety and performance.
