An exciting recent medical centre is opening in Willoughby, and we're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join our team.

The role
Clinic hours - Monday to Friday, approximately 9am - 5 pm
Some flexibility for additional hours when required

What you'll be doing
Welcoming patients and managing appointments
Answering calls and patient enquiries
Patient billing and Medicare processing
Liaising with GPs, nurses and allied health professionals
Helping ensure the medical centre runs smoothly each day
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional and compassionate
Reliable, organised and proactive
A great communicator with excellent customer service skills
Confident with computers and learning new systems
Able to multitask and work well in a busy environment
Looking for a long-term position
Previous medical reception, Medicare billing or medical software experience is an advantage, but not essential.
