Key responsibilities n

- Serving beer, wine, spirits and other beverages
n
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
- Operating POS systems and handling cash
n
- Gaming machine payouts and general gaming room duties
n
- TAB and Keno service
n
- Monitoring patrons and ensuring RSA and RSG requirements are followed
n
- Checking identification where required
n
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented bar and gaming area
n
- Clearing glasses and maintaining tables and customer areas
n
- Restocking fridges, bars and service areas
n
- Opening and closing duties
n
- Following venue policies, procedures and liquor licensing requirements
n

About you nn
- Has a current RSA and RSG
n
- Has previous bar, gaming or hospitality experience
n
- Is confident working in a busy workplace
n




- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
n
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Is comfortable handling cash and completing gaming payouts
n
- Takes initiative and doesn't need to be constantly directed
n
- Is available to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
n
- Casual position with regular shifts available
n
- Award wages and applicable penalty rates
n
- Variety of work across bar and gaming
n
- Opportunity for ongoing hours for the right person
