Eureka Villages is seeking a Village Manager in Gladstone to lead day-to-day village operations, build strong resident relationships and ensure a safe, welcoming community. The role is a fixed-term maternity leave cover, part time, with 30 hours per week and potential extension, reporting to the Regional Manager.

The successful candidate will manage tenancy processes, coordinate maintenance and work closely with the Eureka team to optimise resident experience and village presentation.
