Kmart is seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Manager to shape reward structures across the group. You will lead annual remuneration reviews, supervise bonus programs, and ensure market-aligned outcomes that support attraction and retention of talent.

In this role you’ll partner with P&C;, Payroll and Finance, drive governance, and deliver data-driven insights in a rapid-paced retail environment. Flexible hybrid options available.
