About the role

We're looking for a talented Recruitment and Development Manager to join our ANZ Partner Recruitment team and play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and long-term success of our partnership network across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Partner Recruitment, you'll play a key role in identifying, assessing and developing future Specsavers Partners across Australia and New Zealand. Combining talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development, you'll help ensure we have a strong pipeline of future Partners ready to support ongoing business growth.

In your role you will lead recruitment strategies, facilitate leadership assessments and support the delivery of our Partner Pathway Program. You'll be responsible for identifying high-potential talent, providing coaching and feedback, and helping candidates build the capability and confidence required for partnership.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of talent,



leadership and business strategy. You'll have the chance to influence future workforce planning, shape succession outcomes and play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of Specsavers Partners.

What we’re looking for:

Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning and talent management strategies and best practice.

Experience facilitating leadership development programs or cyclical learning program delivery is highly desirable

Demonstrated ability to influence and deliver outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment without direct authority

Experience leading talent planning, succession planning and pipeline development initiatives.

Demonstrated recruitment and selection experience, including assessment and candidate evaluation.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management

Experience within retail, franchising, leadership development, talent management or multi-site environments will be highly regarded
