Gold Fields is seeking a Process Operator at the St Ives Mine site in Western Australia. The role involves learning to operate different plant areas, from crushers to control room operations, on an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off FIFO roster.

You will gain hands-on experience with mobile equipment, participate in safety discussions, and contribute to maintenance during shutdowns while building solid teamwork and safety culture.
