Youngcare is seeking a full time Tenancy & Property Manager to lead end-to-end tenancy and facilities management for our SDA portfolio. You will oversee tenant selection, leases, bonds, rent, vacancies, inspections and records, while coordinating maintenance and compliance across properties.
You will develop strong relationships with SIL providers, referral partners, families and internal teams to sustain tenancies and deliver positive housing outcomes.
