Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with proven commercial experience delivering Salesforce Communications Cloud projects.

n

This is a genuine Communications Cloud development role. The client has specifically requested someone who has hands-on commercial experience working on and completing a Communications Cloud project .

n

If you have strong Salesforce development experience but have not worked commercially with Communications Cloud, this role will not be suitable.

n

Key Requirements

n

- Strong hands-on development experience with Apex and LWC
n
- Experience building, customising and integrating Salesforce solutions
n
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
n
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation
n
- Ability to work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n

Communications Cloud Experience – Essential

n

The client has made commercial Communications Cloud experience mandatory .

n

You must be able to demonstrate that you have:

n

- Worked on a real-world Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation/project
n
- Delivered development work within Communications Cloud
n
- Hands-on experience developing and customising solutions within the platform




n
- Applied your Salesforce development skills, particularly Apex and LWC , within a Communications Cloud setting
n

n

Candidates without commercial Communications Cloud project experience will not be considered.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC
n
- Working on Salesforce Communications Cloud functionality and projects
n
- Translating technical and business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
n
- Developing custom components, automation and integrations
n
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
n
- Working closely with architects, functional consultants, business stakeholders and other developers
n
- Supporting testing, deployment and release activities
n
- Contributing to Salesforce development standards and best practices
n

What We’re Looking For

n

This role would suit a Senior Salesforce Developer who has already worked on a Communications Cloud implementation and can demonstrate genuine hands‑on project delivery experience.

n

You should be comfortable operating independently, taking ownership of development work and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
