HOPI Hair Design is a premium Korean hair salon located in Hornsby, Sydney. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hairdresser to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing services to our clients while maintaining HOPI Hair Design’s professional service standards.

Position: Hairdresser

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: 506/88–90 George Street, Hornsby NSW 2077

Salary: $79,423 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients regarding hairstyle, hair condition, colour and treatment options.
- Cut, trim, style and blow-dry hair according to client preferences.
- Perform hair colouring, bleaching, highlighting and toning services.
- Provide hair treatments, including scalp and conditioning treatments.
- Perform permanent waves, straightening and other chemical hair services where required.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and aftercare.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work area.




- Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Provide professional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques and salon services.
- Work collaboratively with other salon staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Hairdressing.
- Previous professional experience as a Hairdresser.
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays where required.
