/n As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Smartphone Specialist/Sales Assistant that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. /n

/n Key Duties and Responsibilities /n Provide excellent customer service

/n Demonstrate products and show customers how to maximize their features

/n Provide basic smartphone repair service

/n Assist the Manager in the day to day operations of the store

/n Process orders in person and over the phone





/n Maintain good visual merchandising and store presentation /n Requirements /n A passion for customer service and sales achievement /n Interested in phone repairs and new Technology Items /n Good at cross/up selling and introducing new products /n Excellent skills of problem solving and customer complaints handling

/n Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential

/n The ability to work well in a team focused and fast paced environment

/n Robust interpersonal and communication skills
