HC Truck Driver -

Permanent Full Time Job – 40 Hrs per week

Enviro Scrap Metal Recyclists are a family owned business operating in Murray Bridge for 20 years. Our company is looking for a skilled driver with a minimum of HC Drivers License to join our busy team.

We are seeking a highly motivated person with great customer relations to carry out scrap metal clean-ups and skip bin deliveries and pick ups in Murray Bridge and surrounding areas, the applicant will be required to have some mechanical knowledge.

Expected Work Hours – Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm The successful applicant would be required at times to do some overtime and stay away over night.

Job Requirements

- Delivery & Pick up of Rubbish & Scrap Metal Skip Bins
- On-Site Scrap Metal clean-ups
- Daily inspections of vehicles
- Liaise with customers and maintain a friendly, tidy and professional appearance
- Meeting delivery schedules
- Comply with truck driving rules & regulations (Size, Weight, Parking & Break periods, Load Restraints) and all company policies & procedures
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain records
- Always maintain vehicles in a clean and professional state
- Report defects,



accidents & violations
- Excellent work ethic, be passionate about getting the job done safely and efficiently
- Be able to work independently, organised and proactive in problem resolution

Skills and Experience

- Minimum HC Drivers License
- Excavator experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to drive a manual gearbox
- Proven work experience as a truck driver
- Working knowledge of COR
- Multi stop pickups & deliveries, an advantage
