Little Ballers | Windsor State School | Prep–Grade 1

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and energetic Head Coach to join our Little Ballers team for Term 4 and beyond.

Little Ballers is a fun, structured ball-skills program designed specifically for Prep and Grade 1 children, helping kids build confidence, coordination, agility and foundational ball skills while having fun.

The role

As Head Coach, you’ll lead our afternoon sessions and create a positive, energetic and well-organised environment where every child feels included and engaged.

Sessions are:

Location: Windsor State School

Days: Mondays & Thursdays

Time: 3:00–4:00pm

Age group: Prep–Grade 1

Group size: Maximum 15 children

We’re looking for someone who:

- Loves working with young children
- Is energetic, enthusiastic and confident leading a group
- Has experience coaching, teaching or working with children
- Can keep children engaged and manage a group positively
- Is reliable, organised and takes initiative
- Has an understanding of basic ball skills, movement and coordination
- Is comfortable leading fun,



structured sessions
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Blue Card
- Has a current First Aid/CPR certificate or is willing to obtain one

You don’t necessarily need to be a qualified coach. We’re most interested in finding someone who is fantastic with kids, confident leading a group and genuinely enjoys sport and movement. Coaching experience and qualifications will be considered.
