Robert Half Executive Search are partnering with a successful national field services organisation seeking a Head of Finance & Commercial to work closely with the Founder/ Managing Director and leadership team through the next phase of growth.

This is far more than a traditional finance role.

You'll be responsible for leading the financial management of the business while also playing a key role in commercial decision-making, business improvement, operational leadership and organisational development.

Working alongside the Managing Director, you'll help strengthen reporting, forecasting and governance, support operational leaders, improve business performance and contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Provide commercial analysis and business performance insights
- Drive accountability through meaningful financial and operational reporting
- Support operational leaders to improve performance and efficiency
- Champion process improvement, automation and business improvement initiatives
- Strengthen governance, controls and organisational capability
- Act as a trusted adviser to the Managing Director





About You You are a commercially astute and hands-on leader with a strong finance background and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow.
