Now, we're looking for a Full Time Head of Innovation & Product Management to build a market‑leading, global product management and R&D; team.

About the role

As Head of Innovation & Product Management, you will own end-to-end product leadership across the global business.

This is a hands-on, in-office role - perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact.

You will be accountable for:

- Driving revenue growth and brand differentiation through market-leading innovation and product performance
- Ensuring all functions of the business are supported and coordinated across all new and existing products in our portfolio
- Building and leading a world-class product management and R&D; team

We're looking for someone who

- Has strong product leadership experience in B2B, industrial or engineered products (mining sector experience is particularly well regarded)
- Is commercially minded and comfortable shaping go-to-market strategy




- Has strong technical / engineering acumen – can not only grasp technical concepts and challenges, but can identify and lead the solution
- Is willing to get hands-on with day-to-day tasks and direct conversations with customers and other industry stakeholders
- Can lead cross-functional initiatives and bring clarity to complexity
- Thrives in a fast-moving, practical, outcomes-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the global product strategy and roadmap, including how we will grow global revenue and brand reputation through new and existing products
- Own day-to-day project management and commercial outcomes for all NPD, EPD and issues resolution.
- Build and lead the product management and R&D; function, including structure, capability development and ways of working
- Drive a customer-led innovation mindset and capability across the business
- Directly speaking with customers and industry partners to get ideas and feedback on new and existing products
- Design and implement systems and processes that coordinate all functions around products (from idea → launch → lifecycle) and manage the portfolio
- Own product information management, improving how we capture, maintain and use product data across the portfolio
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify revenue growth opportunities and initiatives across the existing portfolio
- Translate product features into clear customer value propositions and sales narratives
- Ensure Sales, Marketing and other functions are equipped with product briefs, content and training for recent and existing products
- Lead product lifecycle decisions and quality feedback loops (launch, improve, rationalise/retire)
- Coordinate IP protection, product documentation and change control
