We're now seeking an exceptional Head of People & Culture to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future of our workforce, culture and employee experience.

We're looking for a contemporary People & Culture professional who combines strong employee relations expertise, commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships across every level of the organisation.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable partnering with the Board and Executive, coaching leaders through complex people matters,



delivering strategic workforce initiatives and remaining connected to employees and volunteers on the ground.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief People & Safety Officer, you will lead the People & Culture function and play a pivotal role in delivering a modern, high-performing people strategy.

This is not a traditional HR role.

One moment you'll be contributing to Board reporting, workforce planning or Executive discussions. The next, you'll be leading a complex employee relations matter, supporting organisational change or partnering with leaders to solve workforce challenges.

You will lead a broad portfolio spanning:

- Employee relations and workplace investigations
- Workforce planning and reporting
- Remuneration and workforce analytics
- Governance, compliance and risk
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Organisational culture, engagement and capability initiatives
- Leadership support and business partnering

About You

You are an experienced People & Culture leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

You'll bring

- Significant senior HR or People & Culture experience
- Strong employee relations and case management expertise
- Experience partnering with executives, boards and senior leaders
