The Role The Health Information and Record (HIRS) Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Health Information Services team, ensuring the productive management, quality, security and accessibility of health records. The role provides leadership, guidance and support to staff, monitors workflows and performance, ensures compliance with legislative and organisational requirements, and contributes to continuous service improvement to meet operational and patient care needs
