About the Role
This is a rewarding role, managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties.
There is no leasing or trust accounting required-allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
Handling arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation
About You
We're looking for someone who is skilled, organised, and passionate about property management. Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in property management
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
A valid driver's licence
