St John of God Social Outreach in Broome is seeking a Youth Worker to join Horizon House, providing safe, supportive accommodation for young people aged 16–22. You will coordinate, advocate and deliver an Independent Living Skills Program while supporting education, training and employment pathways.

This part time overnight role (38 hours per fortnight) offers a salary of $80,263–$86,073 pro-rata, 12% superannuation, and range of benefits to support wellbeing and development.
