The team at Flexiforce are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Factory Labourer to join our team in a busy manufacturing workplace based in Goulburn. This is a hands-on role is suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a supportive team. Prior experience working with Metal is desirable.

Responsibilities could include:
- General labouring duties within a manufacturing warehouse.
- Assisting with the handling, cutting, and preparation of metal products.
- Loading and unloading materials and finished goods.
- Operating basic machinery (training provided if required)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting warehouse and production teams as needed
About
You:
- Prior warehouse or factory experience preferred
- Previous experience working with metal products (highly desirable)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Strong work ethic and can-do-attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work in a team environment or without supervision
