Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support advisers with insurance advice, implementation and client servicing
- Manage insurance applications, renewals, alterations and policy maintenance
- Coordinate end-to-end claims with clients, insurers and medical professionals
- Complete insurance research, comparisons and advice preparation support
- Maintain accurate client records, workflows and compliance documentation
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in life insurance, claims or financial planning support
- Strong knowledge of Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection products
- Experienced in managing claims and insurer relationships
- Confident supporting advice preparation and implementation
- Skilled in Xplan or similar financial planning software
- Highly organised, detail-focused and committed to exceptional client service
