About the role

You'll be central to growing, trialling and maintaining Proven Winners®-branded genetics for high-profile trial gardens, show gardens and field days — collecting and recording accurate trial data that feeds directly into marketing material for the landscaping industry and the Proven Winners® grower network across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

- Managing growing cycles for Proven Winners® ornamental crops — containers and in-ground

- Trial planting with accurate data collection and recording — true-to-type assessment for marketing use

- Potting, nutrition, irrigation and spray programs (records required)

- Maintaining trial and show gardens to display standard — planting, pruning, weeding

- Scheduled mowing and general property maintenance

- Working to a seasonal production timeline with set milestones

- Supporting field days and photography shoots for the Proven Winners® grower network

About you

- Proven horticulture experience — container and/or in-ground production





- Ability to follow spray and nutrition programs and maintain accurate records

- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working to a schedule

- Fit, healthy and prepared to work outdoors in all weather

- Manual driver's licence

- Certificate in Horticulture or similar qualification an advantage

- ChemCert ticket desirable — or willingness to obtain
