About the role:
Women's and Children's Specialist Clinics provides quality health care for children, adolescents, newborns, and women and we are seeking an enthusiastic administration officer to join our team.
The Administration Officer is responsible for the administration and receptionist duties within the Specialist Clinic departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go extra lengths to support the department's needs.
- Be professional self-motivated and able to work in a large diverse team.
- Multitask cope under pressure and maintain data quality.
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have confidence in using computers and computer programs.
