We are looking for an experienced cleaning contractor to work in the common areas of Goldsborough Place Apartments, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30am to 11:30am. Depending on performance and experiences, there is also a possibility of additional hours to assist guest room housekeeping.

Main tasks includes

-General cleaning of designated areas, e.g. vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, scrubbing, blowing leaves and rubbish removal.

-Moving general waste and recycle bins from carpark to designated area for council bin collections.

-Bringing and using tools and equipment such as backpack vacuums and leaf blower.

-Cleaning of toilets

If needed and mutually agreed upon, assisting housekeepers in guest room cleaning

Our cleaners are the face of the property and play a pivotal role in delivering quality services to our residents and guests.

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:

- Cleaning experience -A strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- Essential cleaning equipment for the works




- ABN registered.
- The ability to work well in a team environment, and work collaboratively with teammates
- Excellent presentation
- A good command of the English language for effective communication
- Be reliable, punctual and adaptable

The successful candidate will possess a robust work ethic, quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service. As a pre-requisite, the successful candidate must have relevant visa to work legally in Australia. A National Police Clearance may also be required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

Education

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
- Cleaning or housecleaning: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:
- National Police Certificate (Preferred)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
