About the role

Ozone Hospitality Services is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Novotel Sydney International Airport. This is a part-time position based in Sydney NSW 2000. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect from a premium hotel.

Key responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest hospitality standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, lounges and dining facilities

- Change bed linen, towels and other guest room furnishings daily and as required

- Dust, vacuum and sanitise all surfaces and furniture in assigned areas

- Report any maintenance issues, damages or equipment failures to the appropriate supervisor

- Ensure all guest rooms are stocked with amenities including toiletries, notepads and other supplies

- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning, linens or supplies

- Maintain organisation and cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and equipment

- Follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with hotel and industry standards

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and turnover deadlines

- Use housekeeping equipment and cleaning products safely and efficiently

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a housekeeping role within a hotel, hospitality venue or similar workplace is essential

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards

- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting,



bending and standing for extended periods

- Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work part-time hours including potentially early mornings, evenings and weekends

- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous manner when interacting with guests and colleagues

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of hospitality cleaning procedures, equipment and products

- A commitment to health and safety compliance and guest satisfaction
